• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box. Please place the shoe box inside another box to prevent damage during shipping.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact our support team immediately.
